Pour some sugar on

I don't know if this has been suggested yet, but after the Bad Omen events and the fact Merana is no longer imprisoned in the Omen Islands and now swims freely all around Subeta's seas and oceans, I guess her Subetapaedia entry should be updated, as her new quests are still not mentioned.

We will be updating her! :) We've got a few entries we need to update (as well as a few NPCs to add for holidays/shop keepers).
