Years ago I used to play Neopets, I haven't played one of these games in ages and then this little site popped up on my news feed while I was suffering from the common ailment of boredom so I decided to give it a try. I am not sure if I will stick around but I will stop by after work for as long as this site keeps my interest...

I do have some questions:

-Can/how do I change my profile picture or the dashboard picture? -Can pet colors be changed? -What in the world is a widget?

• Is there an list of items anywhere? (Such as a list of clothes options for avatars or battle items for pets?)

I can try my hardest to answer your questions (: 1 - when you say profile picture, do you mean your human avatar? if so, you just have to buy clothes, move them to your wardrobe and style to your preference! though, it looks like you've already done so (: 2 - yes, pet colors can be changed! I don't know if neo still uses paint brushes (as I haven't been on it in YEARS) but on subeta there are potions you can use! I believe there's a website called 'neocolors' that has pictures of all the pets and the possible colors you can use! 3 - widgets are things that appear on the sidebar of the website, where you can see your HA and all that good stuff. widgets are a way to quickly navigate the website, like I have a list of all the quests I can do today (: if you click "customize sidebar" under the "personal" tab at the top of the site you can add and remove widgets. 4 - there's a website called 'subetalodge' that I think can help you here. I believe they have lists of stuff, but I'm not terribly sure.. you can also see all the wearables on the site by going to your wardrobe, click "items," "filters," and under "show all" click "all subeta items." you can narrow your search by choosing the layer and, under "cw control," choose "hide CWs" unless you're interested in CWs. Thank you both for the help, I am still figuring things out in my spare time but so far I have been enjoying the coliseum and a few of the games and I will go through those links to learn more. The avatar system is also neat and different from when I last played a game like this.

So far it seems better then what I remember from neopets, which I left due to unpleasant players, annoying restrictions and my account getting hacked and my pets stolen. Sadly after reporting that multiple times I got no response so I left, that was more than ten years ago.This is the first pet game of that style I have played since.

I have noticed that there is a role playing forum here, is it active at all?

I'm personally not a roleplayer so I'm not sure, we do have a roleplaying community for sure, but I'm not sure whether that is done mainly in the RP forums, or in their own Forumgroups (We have a system that you can most closely compare to I guess Guilds? Where private members can have their own forum, but you are not limited to one group per person)

The battling system here is pretty great, as the stronger your pet gets, the more valuable the 'drops' you get from battling opponents (since you can beat more difficult opponents) :)

Our staff are also pretty quick to respond should there be any problems, normally within a few hours :)

I have been running into one issue so far on this site, 75% of the time when I scroll over an item and the window pops up to show a picture(such as a clothing item) it comes up as a blank window with an error symbol in the top corner. Is there anyway to fix this? I use firefox.

Do you have Chrome which you can check? The previews are working fine for me, but if you are finding they are not working for you, there is a running thread in Problems and Bugs which might help programmers identify what is the common problem here.

Thank you, I am going to give chrome a try and I will probably take a screen shot of it(if thats okay) and put something up on the problems and bugs page as firefox is the browser I mainly use.

Is there some sort of restrictions on adding signatures? I have a simple quote in mind and its smaller that the max size its 338X 60 but it doesn't seem to work. Do you have to have a certain amount of posts on the forums before you can edit stuff?
