Is it right that once we finish level 100 we can't restart item hunt again? I just hit 100 a few days ago and got the Swashbuckle etc. (celebration) and now it has the You've got all the items I need for now! disclaimer.

I thought level 101 had been added so that we could finish up to 100 and then restart? Or did I just misunderstand that.

nope, you can no longer restart item hunt once you've completed level 100. that was changed a couple years ago, i believe. i think you can sort of cheat this by using a gilded item tome to reset yourself to level 50, then quit and start over from the beginning, but it's a pretty pricey workaround.

The gilded item tome is the method people used to use. They stopped it from working so now there's no method to restart at all. link /is sad

I wish I had known that if I did level 100 it was over. Oops.
