sb malfunctioning again

Been trying to type in the shoutbox today and to be able to see any new posts or even my own I'm having to refresh. I'm not on mobile, I'm on a desktop pc on chrome up to date windows 10. Seems to be something wrong with my chrome not sure what but its working right in firefox. edit: 2/9/17 now firefox wont even post anything im saying at all.

for the past few days the sb hasn't been working correctly in chrome for me, does not autoscroll. it does work in ie
I have to refresh to see new posts as well. In addition, I have to refresh in order to see new events.
I think there's something wrong with live events despite the Subeta status site saying it's functional.
its only affecting some of us though not all of us. and its getting frustrating because some people are missing me even saying anything to them ugh.

- Yeah, I've had to give up looking at the SB because of missing posts frequently. I hope it's fixed soon.
Also acting up on me. I keep Chrome up to date, but refuse to update the OS to that damned Windows 10. Refreshing SB all the time takes me waaaay back. >>

I have to refresh to see new events and SB updates in Chrome (Safari works just fine). I'm on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Below is my chrome version info:

I've had similar issues for the SB. Some posts will automatically post into the SB, but certain users' posts won't show up until I manually refresh the page. I only use Chrome so I haven't been able to try out any other browsers to see if this issue arises in them.
Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) is the Chrome version I currently have.
it was us that wasn't showing up for you. Idk if its a fluke but the live system started working for me in chrome again at 6am.

My events began to work around midday, along with the SB. :)
I think and mentioned the same in the SB around the same time. Correct me if I'm wrong?
