I have no idea! But that's a ridiculous price! There are just random items that completely disappear out of sets that are otherwise really reasonably priced... One of the New Krown sets has a necklace that is always around 80k, and the Rainy Day Henna pen and a Rock Ami pair of shoes just plain never show up on the shop wiz at all... It's so weird!
