I think it would be more helpful for the Oracle quests if we had an side event notice for her instead of the random event. I do not always see my random events for some reason. At this point I just go there every once in a while to make sure I do not have a quest from her. We could still get the random event pop up but also get a side event just in case we missed it.

You can add the Oracle quest widget to your sidebar. Then you'll see it in your sidebar if you have a quest.

The widget makes this unnecessary. The reward for visiting the oracle can be nice, so I visit every day just in case anyways, It's two clicks.
