I've noticed that my wearable item previews won't always show and when they do show my avatar is missing from the preview. I've cleared my cache, hard refreshed, and reconverted my avatar. They are still not showing. I thought maybe it was my computer which is an Acer Chromebook with Chrome OS, using Chrome as the browser. Then my cousin, Chrystle is her username, logged into her account on my computer and all of her wearable item previews are working properly and showing her avatar. I use Chrome OS since it's a Chromebook. The problem seems to be sitewide for me. My sister's account also worked fine on the same computer and browser.

Shops, my inventory, quest pages. Everywhere I think. It seems sitewide.

It's been happening to me to along of various other problems. No item previews/No hovers, can't see any forum posts, can't access the wardrobe, Oh and to top it off I can't close the hustler thing on top asking you to buy.

Is there some way to tag an administrator or someone? This has still been happening. It works fine for other people on my same computer.

All of the issues that I mentioned above are still happening. I tried another computer and an ipad and no item previews or any forum posts/wardobe. Over a month with these issues except, the unable to close the hustler that has only been going on for 3 weeks or so.

Just wanted to add that I have tried fixing this issue as well but have been unsuccessful. I am using a PC in both Firefox and Chrome and the previews work for some items, but the majority of backgrounds and anything that goes on the chest/back will not preview when I hover over it. Not a huge deal, I can always look up what the item looks like, but it is a bit off-putting.

When you can't enjoy this event because of all the above issues it's been way over a month. I can't see any forum posts, I can't use/access the wardrobe, no item previews, and I still can't close the hustler box so, therefore I can't use the dropbox/es. Happy 7th anniversary of being here!

Edit/ Basically, everything has been resolved for me. I have to use a different laptop. So it's just a matter of inconvenience.

I'm having the same problem with the item previews. Some items show up just floating (hair works, as do shoes, earrings and bracelets) but any other items don't show anything. I'm a new user and no one else in my house plays so I can't see if it's just my account. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 64 bit if that helps at all..
