Difficulties getting all 59 pets in resort

I'm not entirely sure what's going on with that. You don't, by chance, have one of your pets in the Rathskeller Inn do you? I wonder if that messes with it somehow.

Rathskeller Inn? I don't know anything about Rathskeller Inn. Sorry. I've noticed lately my pets are checking out en masse as usual and I don't get any notifications. This has happened a few times. I check or have checked them in every day for as long as I can remember. This is the first time I have had problems with one still in but there isnot.
I am using Firefox and also having this problem. 36 pets here and none of them are still in the resort. Nor are any in the Rathskeller Inn, I haven't used that since mass resort bookings became a thing.

I'm also having this issue. None of my 20 pets are in the resort or inn but I'm getting the error message... Using Firefox as well.
Same thing for me. None of my pets are in any resort, but I still get the error message. Also using Firefox.
I want to put all my pets in the Veta Lake pet resort with the one click option. It keeps saying I already have one in there. I checked the pets page several times and none say they are in the resort. I would take that one out and put them all in at once, but I can't find which one it is. Is this a glitch? Please help. I don't want to have to individually put 56 pets in the resort. I'm using Chrome.
Azshua on 01/28 @ 8:48 I'm very sorry that you're having this problem. Unfortunately, that does sound like a glitch and will need to be reported in the Problems and Bugs forum for the programmers. They should be able to help you get it resolved.

I'll look into this tomorrow when I try to fix the pets overlapping for some people! Thanks for letting us know this has been an issue, though!

Getting it in Chrome, 16 pets.
Also having this issue, using chrome on both a pc and a mac. Tried to check my pets in last night when I got alerts that they were checked out, and it tells me one of my pets is checked in. I've checked through all my 25 pets, and none are in the resort (probably not related, but I do have an empty pet slot).
i have the same problem and i only have 19 pets. and they are not in Rathskeller Inn i check twice.

Also, pets were fixed in the resort as far as I can tell, but still overlap on the battle page if you choose to fight an opponent again =/
I wasn't able to take a look at it yesterday or today (I'm currently fighting a cold). You'll have to put them in individually at the moment! That also means I haven't had a chance to look at the challenger page.
I'm hoping to get all this fixed this week though!
Oh no! Feel better ❤️ I wasn't sure if you had or not but I did want to let you know that, at least for FF, the overlap thankfully is not happening on the resort page anymore haha.
(also they're going hungry, maybe I'll feed them all the black candy bars and oofa fruits for those achievements)

Can you screenshot what the inn looks like for you right now (with the pets overlapping)? I want to get an idea of what I'll be dealing with tomorrow for that! I'll likely ping you once I fix the issue too, so you can test for me!
Assuming my cold doesn't get worse, I should be able to knock out tomorrow. My goal is to get the overlapping images at the inn fixed for users like as well as the getting all your pets in the inn at once to work again! I'll check out the battling stuff after. :) Don't be surprised if I ping some of you to make sure it works for everyone.
I'm having this problem too. Pets all checked out a few days ago. Resort said I already had a pet in there when I tried to check them all back in. Tried again just now, but got the same error.
There is no way I have any pets still in there. I put them all in at once with the GA feature. If I create any new pets, they don't get put into the resort until everyone else checks out. That way, everyone comes out at the same time, with the exception of my Gourmand, who gets removed early so I can feed him new stuff.
