Hello artist, I am looking for reliable artists to recommend to my friend who is in need of an artist.

As far as I know is she's looking for someone who can take her picture, draw her in an anime style so that she can use it on her blog. However, she doesn't have a Subeta account so I'll need an artist with a portfolio or shop outside of Subeta. Tumblr or Deviant art are probably best. I know she doesn't have a Fur Affinity account and frankly that site isn't guest friendly.

Is she paying in USD then? My art shop is in my signature, for pricing, but I have a tumblr for contact info and such.
