Hello! I am looking for an Artist to take my Ideas and well make it into art! They will get 1/3 of the total amount of CSC earned, as well as a copy of the Custom Wearable. My friend and I were hoping to get into the business but neither one of us can draw. We are hoping to specialize in Hair. We can take many different artists for different jobs. All I would need is a sample of your work.

Hi, I just want to give you a heads up that commissions generally don't work like this at all. In large part because there's not really any profit to CWs, so 1/3 of no profit is 0 csc.

You might want to go over that before trying to find artists, as they generally do not work for free. As with any art commission, you'd need to pay them for their time. Good luck!

I think you'd have a better chance if you look around the board c: Plus, you can see the fees directly on their thread.

A copy is typically a part of the commission fee, rather than a 'bonus'. For example, I usually see most commissioners charging ~$20+ or 2500+ csc PLUS a copy of the item for a wig, like you're requesting. And then if you wanted recolors of the wig, it would be about $5+ or 500+ csc PLUS a copy of the recolored item.

Unfortunately, you cannot guarantee you're going to make a lot of profit back on an item. It's also important to keep in mind that the 5k csc is not a one time fee. It must be paid in EACH batch you put on site. So your second batch, if priced at 700 csc each would only make 2k csc and 1/3rd of that is less than 700 csc.

Yeah, to echo what's been said, the copy is generally part of the fee (if they don't want a copy, the fee typically is increased by 500 csc/$5).

It's very important to understand that you're seeking a service, and that generally requires folks to receive a payment, not a promise of any potential future profit. That's up to the artist. Some do offer slots for sP but it's far more rare than finding someone who will take on a commission for CSC.
