When I get to the bottom of the page in the forums the background is no longer white so it becomes not readable. This is something that happened before the forum update for me. I'm not sure how to upload a screen shot but when I figure that out I will.

I had this with the Masquerade theme which I love very much... now i'm back to the Arctic Frost one and can't remember that it happened again.

I've had this for ages, too (with every site layout). Not sure why it happens or if it will get fixed, but I found that if I close and then open any widget on my dashboard, it expands the layout to the bottom, where it should be.

if you zoom in and out again it fixes itself, at least for me o: the fastest way is to scroll up/down while holding ctrl
