So I had a thought today, why not add more regional food items like we did with salt, butter, and vanilla? Like I'd love some regional cheese or bread. Regional teas? How about traditional meals made in each region? Lets expand our subetan culture foods!

What do you guys think?

I think this sounds great, more chances to expand culture and lore would be awesome! (Maybe even specific traditional holiday meals? I'd be super curious to learn about how they celebrate Fireside in the Omen Islands or in Ytiva, or how Vesnali is celebrated on Atebus!)

This has already been done. are some of the oldest food items onsite.

There was a whole set of foods native to each region from the Councilor's Cruise 2012 site event.

If you want more items than these, then maybe give us some suggestions of what you are looking for.

Omg please, I would love more regionally indigenous Subetan food. All of those posted items need a redraw and it would be nice to be surprised by dishes from staff point of view regarding lore (like the rather illuminating books from this past Melody's Cottage).

Cheeses, breads, teas, and meals all sound good to me. The Councilor's Cruise event was just made up of a sole menu per area after all.

I'd like to see different meat preparations, unusual condiments, and beverages.

I really like this idea. I would like to see various drinks, desserts, main courses, and more from various regions around subeta. Even though there are those Councilor's Cruise and maybe even Peek-a-Boo items, they're not in circulation and haven't been for years.

Sure we have the and a few others, but that's a pretty generic item really (I'm after something that's more detailed than just * surprise :P) - regional teas would be an awesome start, along with meals that fit in with the lore for each region (I'd love to see what the Sacred Lands would have for a main meal or breakfast).

(and I felt that the cruise menu items were more things that the cruise chef created to fit in with the passengers' view of each location, rather than the actual regional food you could get there - kind of like how you'd get "Italian meals" in the UK, but they don't really resemble anything you would eat in Italy)

I'm also thinking of including regional varieties of ground pepper and whole pepper grains. I just wonder how pepper would taste and look like in the Darkside or the Omen Islands...?

Great ideas guys. Really great! I'd like to see some regional pasta dishes or regional ways to prepare certain veggies.

Eee, yeah, can you imagine how pretty Pina Park nibbles would be? I've seen a few themed items, like , but imagine fruit tarts and scones and petit fours and stuff. :d So pretty!
