TOS

-No claiming my artwork as your own. Always have credit present wherever you display your commissioned piece.
-No selling my artwork in any way, shape, or form. This includes, but is not limited to, using my work on society6, eBay, deviantArt, FurAffinity, etc.
-Posting my work in your personal art gallery is forbidden. Posting your commissioned work in temporary spaces [such as deviantArt Stash or a character tracking site like Toyhouse] is fine so long as proper credit is given or a link back to my work/profile is present.
-No editing my artwork. This includes tracing, recoloring, and major effects. If you're only adding a filter or texture, that is fine. Adding to my image does not make the image "by" you and does not relinquish any of my rights to the image and to receiving proper credit.
-I will not issue a refund if I have already finished the sketch and begun the line-art. That being said, please be sure that you'd like art from me before you place an order.
-You must send payment under "Goods and Services", as gifted money is accepted as a donation. Donations are non-refundable.
-I don't work with stone deadlines. I apologize for this, however I have a job and school outside of art that I must attend on certain days, and finding time to work on commissions may be a little difficult sometimes if I have a lot of homework. If you are at the top of the queue, you can expect your piece within 1 month, and if it takes longer, I will privately message you with an explanation. I tend to finish fullbody pieces within 2 weeks, for reference.
-I don't take commissions for blacklisted people. You are not allowed to commission me on behalf of another person. If you're commissioning me as a gift to someone else, you must tell me who they are so I can check if they are blacklisted- if they are not, I will accept your commission. Be sure they know what they are not allowed to do with the image.
-Absolutely no charge-backs (Paypal). If I receive a charge-back from anyone, they are instantly blacklisted for all eternity-- no exaggeration, no exceptions.
-Breaking any of these rules may result in you getting blocked / privately blacklisted. That would mean you cannot participate in my requests, commissions, or giveaways. This would also revoke permissions to use my artwork of your character(s).

By commissioning me, you agree to the TOS above and all consequences of misuse mentioned within it.

The amount of time your commission will take depends on complexity as a whole (not only character complexity).
Generally, they should not take more than a month to complete.

I'm looking for art for my Tempest Telenine Limpopo. He's a water/rain God who sometimes goes overboard ad makes rivers flood, especially during the rainy season. He's a little crazy and he loves puddles, rain, storms, thunder and lightening. He also likes to hydroplane through the flooded rivers

I already have Nien on my new user lookup but I want her to have her own pet profile which I wish to submit for Notable Pet. I have written something about her on her profile.
