Hope I'm putting this in the right place. Filling glass bottles for a pet's treasure, I found two that aren't eligible to be filled at Peka Glade.

I don't see anything that should be barring them from being filled. It's not a lack of a stopper; the doesn't have one either and that item is eligible. So maybe this was an oversight?

I think only the restockable bottles can be filled

those other flasks are from the zombie plot a few years ago. they were used for a plot step related to mixing viruses, and became items such as:

they have no relation to the set that can be filled at the glade.
