I'm looking for someone to make me a CW of this staff: http://tinypic.com/m/jpx08p/1 (Yes that is a balloon on the top.)

The is posed the way I'd like my staff to be, only without the glowy bits and marks on the human's body - I just want the staff without all the other decorations XD (I'm assuming that since things can be layered behind the human now, you can have the whole staff without the human-shaped cutout in the middle? I'd like to put it on my HA, but I never have the human on there :P)

I also want the whole staff showing on the item art, but it can be foreshortened or positioned at an angle if you think that would look better.
