Hey there! My name is Kelly and I've always been a writer. It's not my major, actually, I'm engineering; but I've been told I have a natural gift for story writing.

I've been writing a book ever so slowly, and I have some poems from a year ago and pet profiles for god knows how long ago as examples. However, since this is all outdated, before I price my work I would LOVE to do some free work that I could use as examples!

I'm up for anything, be creative or just ask me to do what I think is best for your pet!

Anyways, I need some inspro for my new pets. I'll post their stories as examples later if make this into a business. And, well, I'm procrastinating my real job right now. I'll regret this later, but later is later ya know.

Thanks for your interest guys.

First come first served! xx

Want to write a short story for my pet Birches? I keep getting a writers block when it comes to him. The general concept is that he's an older author (think Robert Frost/Hemingway esque) who moves to a secluded cabin to write. Once there he ends up finding an injured/abandoned fawn, nurses it back to health, and it lives with him and inspires him in his writing. :) A bit ironic as far a having writers block for eh? haha.

I would like one as well, for my pet Moulin!

She's my gourmet pet but refuses to eat food minions. She's sassy and loves her little buddies. That's about all I have, but her character is pretty solid in my mind.

As far as the story goes, a little vignette would be preferable, but what it's about is entirely up to you. It can involve some of my other pets, they're all in the same "world" or whatever. Barks is playful, Academic is bookish, Earthling is calm and collected, Twixy is the "dad" of the family. Ahhh I hope that's enough to go on?

Thanks for doing this! Good luck! c:

Thank you lovelies for your interest! Sorry for responding late I'm on a cruise right now and the past few days have been packing and frantically getting ready! But now I'm relaxing on the deck and at nights I will have some time to write. It will be enjoyable (: Hope to get you guys your stories soon!

That's a gorgeous concept I can't wait to try it. Since he's a writer, do you want the story from his first person perspective?

Sure I'd love to try that out! Maybe focus on an instant she is shown a very delicious and highly praised food minion and has to stand by her morals of not eating minions despite her love to try the most exotic and praised of foods?

Oooooh, cruise! Enjoy yourself! I've only ever been on one, and it was amazing. Where are you cruising to? Thank you! I'm excited you're interested. I'm open to any perspective, but I was thinking first person would fit best :)

Nice, enjoy your cruise! And thanks for considering c:

That sounds like a great idea, honestly! I just remembered that I decided way back she is Pete's apprentice. (I should write these down somewhere, lol.) If you could include him in the story somehow that would be fab. You mentioning exotic foods made me remember that, since that's his whole thing!

If it helps to picture her, if she had an HA form, she would have this on her: The minion on the shoulder is even her main minion c:

Hello! I have gotten your story finished, let me know if you want any changes to anything! I'm open to whatever you want c:

SPOILER (click to toggle) I am greatly humbled to alert my readers that I have, in this very cabin, rediscovered my inspiration. It’s a quiet and quaint cabin, not one to brag home about but rather one perfectly made to forget about home. I arrived at this cabin with the mindset that escaping would rid my head of the rotting ideas that couldn’t write themselves any longer. Curiously, it was not the cabin that wrote me a story but rather a fragile little doe named Abigail. At first she made it more difficult. At first I wished she hadn’t of shown up. Though without her, I wouldn’t be writing today and for her, I am forever grateful. I wasn’t the only one escaping in these woods this fall, it appears Abigail, at least at some point, put her whole heart into running away. I was out clearing my head, in the rather most cliché way, when I stumbled upon her. She was so small that I almost missed her in the leaves. The late spring breeze had gently blanketed her shaking body in an array of colors. It wasn’t until I kneeled beside her that I saw her leg was contorted in rather alarming position and that that same very leg was a deeper brown-red then the rest of her coat. I am not a cold man. I may not be the warmest, but I am far from cold. I couldn’t just leave the weak creature to fend for herself when I had a comfortable and safe home just minutes away. I’m sure the cabin yearned for more life anyways; as the doe yearned for peace. To give perspective, it has been three long weeks since that faithful encounter. Three lingering weeks full of late nights and early mornings. Abigail’s hind leg was in far worse shape than I could have expected when I lifted her delicate body from the leaves. I am no veterinarian, I couldn’t have known what I was about to endure. I may have only managed a few hours a night of sound sleep caring for her. Midnight she’d yell out in pain, three in the morning she’d wail of hunger. Though if she had been silent all night long, I’d never hear the night whisper through the trees. I would have never seen dawn bear her radiating head, kissing the lake below in colors it could only dream of touching. I came to the cabin for the quiet, but I stayed for the songs. Abigail’s voice of pain and terror melted into an air of comfort and dependency. She no longer cried in hopes something could rid her pain, but instead she sung out for something to give her warmth. The wind and the sky cooed with her in the late nights as I tended to her bandages. Her eyes grew weary as her long lashes gently brushed upon my arm. The owls in the night sang her a haunting lullaby no human could recreate. In the early mornings as the birds hummed at my window, Abigail would waltz into my room in the most clumsy but endearing fashion. She welcomed the new day gleefully as a crippled orphan. So who was I not to greet the day with merit too. I’ve never been one to write of animals, at least, the free spirits; the wild ones. I’ve only ever wrote of those who walked into coffee shops when dawn broke onto the city, turning the skyline into a gorgeous shimmering mirror for the busy merchants below. Though looking back now the hustle of the city, even in all it’s glory, felt dull and faint in comparison to the forest. I’ve been in the forest a vast amount of times. Never have I found it more alluring than the city. I always considered it too hushed, too boring, henceforth why I would go to clear my head. But Abigail, my sweet light, showed me a different side to the world. The forest in itself is a city, but this city was built by the earth. We as humans built our city to look magnificent, to hold thousands of bodies in awe, but the earth built the forest to survive. And in it’s survival, it is beautiful. So I thank the cabin, and I thank the forest, and I predominantly thank Abigail for surviving. For their survival gave me a life that I hadn’t known before. I can now look at the earth within the city, the lonely trees standing their ground where they once ruled the land. The dandelion that forced its way through the crack in the pavement because the sun reached for it, uttering that one day it might fly. Though I must leave Abigail in a few more days’ time, I will return to her and this forest. Next time though, I will not be going to clear my head, but to soak up all the brilliance the melodic wild has to offer.

Best wishes, and stay free, Birches
