Hey guys!

I've just started playing Subeta the past few weeks! I was on a nostalgic binge with neopets searing the web for different brushes when I accidentally stumbled on info about this site. And I'm SO glad I found it! I haven't been back to neopets since.

I'm still trying to figure everything out, trying to stay on top of my shops and dailies/quests but I thought I should try to meet some of you finally (:

Any tips would be appreciated!

Welcome to Subeta! I was a Neopets kid back in the day too, and still know some people who are desperately clinging to their poor Neopets, even though I hear the site has kind of gone downhill in the past few years... This is where I refer everybody, since it's like all the stuff I loved about Neo before, but BETTER!! The community isn't huge, but it's a good one! :) I'm glad you found your way here!

I don't have any major tips personally, because there's just so much you can do here, depending on what you like- or almost nothing at all to do, if you don't want to get that intense about it! I definitely recommend having the widget for quests in your left-hand sidebar, so that you have an easier time doing those daily. I usually do the Wizard's quests first, because wizard tokens are one of the bigger currencies on the site. You can use them to buy from the token shop, vend items from vending machines to use and sell in your shops, or just sell the wizard tokens for a bucket of sP. I usually save mine and sell them as 1,000 point tokens.

I havent played many of the games and I dont know where to start with battling my pet. But I've been trying to finish all the quests daily and have been vending a lot! Seems to be recommended for new players on a lot of threads.

Hey there!! It's going great! I really love this site and everyone has been SO nice and helpful! I've been doing daily quests as much as possible and making sure to keep my shops stocked (and i feel like I spend WAYYY too much time adjusting prices hahaha). I'd definitely recommend getting a gold account so you can use the auto pricer and do extra daily quests - it helped me a lot!!

I'm liking it aot thanks for the info I hadn't looked into getting a gold account yet. I've been doing a lot of daily quest too. haven't opened a shop yet not quite sure how to open a shop yet... could you tell how you opened yours?

Yeah! It's definitely one of the best ways to make money that I've found! If you go to the "Commerce" tab up top you can click the "Your Shops" option and you should be able to create a shop from that page! I believe you can create up to six shops for free. I have 3 now for different category items but I started with just one for a while and put everything in it that I didnt need for my own wardrobe and collections.

Another thing I've learned from the other users on the boards is vending to stock your shops. You can use your wizard tokens from the wizard quest on various vending machines. You'll get a lot of items for your collections and wardrobes and some high $ items you can put in your shop! My favorite vending machine to use is the "Prize Get" but everyone seems to have different luck with different machines.

If you want links to all of them you can google search "subeta vending machines" - I use another site to navigate to each of them, I havent yet learned my way around navigation on subeta >.<
