I was wondering if everyone gets the same quests or are they all different? Like, when you search for an item, does everyone who does that quest have to get the same item?

Also, what happened to the Shinwa reminder?

The quest givers don't request the exact same item for each quest but each quest giver has certain criteria in place for kind of the items they want... Criteria like price or rarity or item type. That's why the price on certain items sometimes rises when a given quest is the Weekend Special Quest.

As for your second question, there is no longer a Shinwa reminder because she now resets at midnight with the rest of the quest givers.

No, they're different. We may be asked for the same items occasionally since the quests pull from a pool of qualifying items based on rarity and price and such, but it's not like all 10 (or 15) quests for each person each day will ask for the same items.

The Shinwa reminder was removed because her quest now resets at midnight each day instead of exactly 24 hours later, so now on the quest sidebar widget she shows as complete or incomplete for the day.
