I've tried to find the answer, with no luck. If I have missed it, I apologize in advance.

I was a beta tester for the new wardrobe before it was released recently. It worked fine for me then. Now that it is open to everyone, it has never worked for me. I have cleared my cache, cookies and even tried multiple browsers with no luck. I even went to the other page to port over my old HA's, but that was directing me to a page that wasn't around.

I get the following message:

"We're loading the wardrobe for you! If you get stuck on this page, make sure to click here to convert your avatar to the new system. It will open in a new window, and won't do any harm to your existing avatar. "

Any advice/help would be appreciated. Thank you :)

This is happening to me as well. I grabbed the owl watch from the Token Shop, moved it to my wardrobe and got a weird error at the time time. I wanted to make sure the error didn't delete my item and that it was in the wardrobe, but alas, I get the exact page as you do.

When I checked the wardrobe it was there however, so hopefully the same happens for you!

Just got this error when putting something in my wardrobe, just fyi

I'm getting the same errors when adding things to the wardrobe and can't get my avatar to show. I tried clicking the links in the wardrobe but still nothing. Am I missing something?

Edited to add: My avatar finally showed up!

I checked again this morning, says it's "still loading". Still unsure what to do :(

I'm not having problems with loading, but right now my avatar won't change. I took off an item and hit wear, it says I'm now wearing it... but when I go back to the wardrobe it shows my HA with the item still on and it won't update at all. I've taken it off and saved multiple times but it won't accept it.

I am having the exact same problem. I bought an item from one of the clothing shops and I got the same error. Plus, I keep trying to load up my wardrobe and nothing is showing D:

I am still having this issue, even after clearing my caches more than once.

Editing to be more clear: I click on the Wardrobe link and I come to the page saying that my wardrobe is being loaded. It never loads, and I will click on the link to convert my avatar (even though I did this long before now) and it basically just reloads the current page.
