(In addition to my pets with particular goals this year, I consider Classified part of the set. I'm generally happy with both his intel and stats right now, so there was no need to add him to the list.)

Dominant, Fuel, Cause, and Crucible will take priority. Vaako, Sishean, and Engage will not be regularly trained in the Training Center this year but I will be using EXP and the occasional booster on them.
