New Layer Slider-Bar issues

So maybe I missed the how-to for our new wardrobe, but I seem to be fighting my layers every-time I try to move one item and suddenly all the items on my HA are thrown up like scrabble. Anyone else having issues?

Hi, moving this to the Problems & Bugs forum!
I've been having issues with this since not long after 3.5 was first released for GA users to test. Sometimes I'd have to try again to move something to the right later, but it would slot into place on the second attempt. I figured maybe I just slipped.
But it seems to have gotten worse. Now every time I move an item, other layers start randomly jumping around. It's really frustrating trying to wrangle everything into place like this.

I'm having a similar problem and things are checking themselves and unchecking themselves. It's really frustrating.
