Hey, friends, this is a bit of a special request from me.

My dear cat, Kayzo, passed away this September at the age of 19. I grew up with her, and loved her tremendously, so it is very odd to no longer have her in my life. I have a Subeta pet named after her, and I was hoping to find an artist who could do a lovely artistic rendition of her for me. I'm mainly looking for a digital, fully-colored piece that can be submitted to the site as a custom overlay (so it'd need to be able to shrink down to 200x200px). I'd love to see progress sketches, too, since capturing her personality is of utmost importance to me and I want to make sure it's perfect. :-D I can pay in USD or sP, whichever you'd prefer!

My tumblr is full of Kayzo references. And some dumb photos of my face, but you can ignore those.

Your art style is fabulous and I would not mind an overlay from you at all. :-D I have limited funds so I think I'm going to wait a couple more days to look around and decide for sure, so I'll let you know if and when I'm ready to order! So sorry for you loss! It's hard to lose a pet, especially when they've been by your side for so long. She looks like she was such a sweetie!

I've done several tribute art pieces and overlays specifically for cats, such as this, these, and these. It's my policy to draw up a few sketches for the commissioner to choose from so that we can be sure it captures their personality.
