I think it would be nice (and practical too) to be able to attach a message to the gift(s) we are putting under other user's tree, since sometimes we're not able to get online on the 25th to send gifts with a message through the Gift Center o:

I have thought this every year since we got trees! It wouldn't even have to be a message w/ each individual gift. Maybe like "leave this user a message under their tree" that popped up above or under the gifts?

I know some people don't like this idea for whatever reason, but I would love it. I'd love an optional place to write a message while I'm sending gifts for Lumi, and I like 's idea of a general message rather than one for each gift. Often times while I'm gifting I'm thinking specific things like "this is a thanks for all that you've done for me", and it would be awesome to add these "explanations" for what I send :) Real life presents often have cards with them so, why not?

I would love the option to add a message to a gift under trees. I wouldn't use it for every single gift, but I would for a select few! <3

I've often thought, "I really just want to let this person know why I'm sending this particular item!" Oftentimes between friends we have all these little secret shared jokes and things, and Subeta has a lot of great items you can send for giggles.

I would like either version people are suggesting. An optional message with each gift, or on a whole. Maybe it could be like, "Leave a Card with your gift?" with a text box!

It would also be nice if we could maybe just leave special notes under a tree, for those who may not have the SP to spend some years, like new players or people who might be having a rough holiday and not have time online who still want to let a friend know they were thinking of them.

I'm pretty indifferent to the idea of adding messages to tree gifts. Personally, I wouldn't use it, but see no harm in it.

However, I really love 's idea of a "holiday card" message left under a tree.

Omg yes, support. I don't send many gifts through trees for that reason, I would love a way to send messages in tree gifts.

Although I'm not sure how this would effect the formatting of the gifts page.
