I can't find my galleries on my main profile page and when I brows the commerce tab the shops tap have a ! mark with a triangle around it. What happened? Are they gone permanently? (I can still see all my stuff if I click on a shop.) But when i go to add a item to my gallery i don't have the option to do so.

Shops and galleries transferred to a new system a couple of months ago. You can create new shops and galleries, and transfer your items to them. There is a thread with more information about all the necessary steps:
