Long story short: I'm working on a fan pet. I am in need of some very special custom overlay artwork to go with him... he's an Overwatch pet (purely self indulgent if the name wasn't a giveaway)...

Essentially, I wish for him to look like his blue "Dragons" short compatriot, refs below.

That all said: I'm paying up to $25 USD for the overlay. (I still have to get a proper profile too.) It also depends on the quality of the art because I'm not paying $25 for an overlay that looks like it was done in MSPaint (mind you, if it's good quality MSPaint, that's another matter entirely.) Another detail is that I'd be paying half at first and the rest on completion because I've been burnt too many times with that. You have no time frame but please be reasonable and considerate.

: It depends on the proportion of the dragon's anatomy and painting style that distinguish between the Chinese and the Japanese ones, me thinks. I'll produce a clean lineart for you to see. If you don't like it, you don't have to pay anything; I'll use the art instead. How does that sound to you?
