This morning I bought some of the lifelike dolls and finished 4 of those achievements. I got the notification that I'd completed them, but my achievement count hasn't updated.

I also got the achievement for 12500 items in my wardrobe, this is the one where the outback hat is a reward. Again I got the notification that I'd completed the achievement, but I didn't receive the reward.

Edit: I'd like to add that the item count for my wardrobe is updating, I just didn't receive the prize. Also for the lifelike achievements, they do show that I achieved them, just the overall count is stuck at 864.

Edit2: my achievement count just updated, but I still didn't get the outback hat.
