Please help: Avatar HA image + items list missing

[edit]On my profile in the avatar widget, I can't see my avatar or the list of items underneath. It's just an empty space. I have already tried refreshing, empty cache, changing settings etc. but nothing is working.

This is what I see on my profile: (Note this space is empty whereas it supposed to be showing the avatar plus the items list)

Does anyone else have this issue, or know how to resolve this?

Initial post

I just tried to change up my current avatar however the change hasn't come through, it's been several minutes and I have tried refreshing many times, clearing my browser cache etc., but it's not changing. I've gone back into the wardrobe and it seems like all my items are for the new outfit, but the avatar is just not updated for onsite (forums or profiles).

I also noticed that on my profile that the section for Human Avatar is somehow empty, whereas before it was showing my avatar plus the outfit items.

I'm wondering if anyone else having this problem, whether this is a bug, and what can be done to solve this problem.

I'm really keen to try out some different wearable items soon.

FYI:

This is what I see in my wardrobe right now: I've reloaded the page several times and can see this is what is supposedly saved already, but the changes have not come through on the rest of Subeta.

For some reason the changes have finally come through; I don't know what happened but I clicked on the link for the testing wardrobe (http://keith.dev.subeta.net/wdtest/) under User Preferences and refreshed my forum post and it came through. However I still have the issue with my avatar widget not showing the HA image or items list.
