I noticed the other day that a word said love instead of the F word, and I thought that maybe someone just typed it out instead as I've seen that before. But today I noticed that one of my own posts was filtered to love, as well as the S word to crap. I have the option disabled, and have had it that way since we were given the choice years ago. I switched it on, saved, then off again (and saved) and it's still showing as love and crap instead of their respective curse words.

This same problem is happening to me. I also double checked and my bad-word filter is disabled, as it always has been. I'm using Chrome.
Same thing happening here, im using chrome. it's so weird and a little amusing to read it with the filter for the first time ever tho, ill give it that
he/it | I'm afraid I'm a bit lost around here. | | |
Yeah I noticed the same thing starting with the f word. Kinda annoying but funny :p

this is happening to me as well, and while it's cute with the curses and not a huge deal/only a small small annoyance, it also changes "ur" to "your" (and a couple other instances of chatspeak, though i can't recall them all atm!) and so when i'm being excited to a friend such as;
"OHHHH LOOK UR SO CUTE!!!!!!!"
it changes to: "OHHHH LOOKyourSO CUTE!!!!!!" and i look like a genuine crazy person (more so than i do normally)
using the latest version of chrome! c:
you were having this issue too i'm 99.9% sure LMAO
I'm gonna swear now tho because I think it got fixed but I need to be sure it fucking did xD
/sigh
No...it is not fixed. I still am not seeing the words I typed -sobs-
[edit]
Using latest version of Firefox
man it shows up unfiltered in the friend feed & when i quote you, so at least deep down we can always know each other's fucks <3 ;_;7
If/when I edit it shows up right too haha ❤️
Oooh and here I was wondering why some people wrote "loveing" instead of "f*ing" :)
