Did you buy using the "direct to collections" tabs which are half price? if not, file a ticket and they can probably fix this for you.

clicking on the subeta at top takes me to the home page.there is no drop down for me where the > is

You don't get the drop down menu when you hover over the menus up top?

do you have any customcss that might prevent that?
