Your contest are always my favorite around the site, though :) Unique contests can actually be pretty hard to think of.

What about a HA contest where you have to base the HA around a certain subeta pet? Like a reborn pet would have a HA with fire around it?

Maybe a pet story contest where we could write a story for any species of pet on the site?

I really like HA theme contests. I regularly participate in the #/stimulate contests and they pick and item and you make a HA around that item. They do a blind raffle to pick winners but you can judge however you want :D If not a specific item, you can do by theme maybe? (color, season, animal, etc)

- I love contests where you have to say something nice about one or a few people onsite that you know, or when you have to say something nice about the person above you (HA compliment or something) in order to be part of the giveaway. :) Another idea is certain themes to put an HA around or even better, an interesting question people have to answer (i.e. If you could be any kind of animal, what would you be and why?) to be part of the giveaway. I love things like that.

How about a guess that item contest, pick a good item, give a few non obvious hints to what it is and let people have one guess, whoever guess's right gets to keep the item as the prize. If you want you can give out consolation prizes for trying or getting really close.

I would like to see contests where we can post something as an entry and be entered into a raffle.And then a random number generator would be used to pick the winners.Let's say the entry would be a holiday based HA for example.

You know what type of contest I feel like I rarely see around here? Highest game score contests. The games seem to get neglected on subeta so that would be cool.

Or maybe a tier leveled battle contest; pets of the same tiers seeing how many times they can beat a certain opponent in a certain time frame.
