Keep getting a 504 error when trying to access item vaults...

I'm having this problem as well. The rest of the site seems to be doing okay.

I can't seem to replicate this issue... hopefully whatever it was sorted itself out

As silvy said, I cannot replicate this. If this is still happening can you tell me your operating system and browser?

Windows 10, Firefox 50.0.1. Happens with Chrome, as well. Occasionally it will load, but usually takes several attempts. I just tried to access it in both browsers, took about a half dozen refreshes for it to load both times. Extra info: My vault has over 200 pages of items. Also having 504 errors occasionally when quickstocking.

Windows 10, Chrome 54.0.2840.99

Just letting you know this is still happening. Not all the time, but even when I don't get the error, it takes 15-30 seconds to load the vault.

EDIT 12/19/16: Still having this issue.

This error is horrible today. I suspect that many are accessing their vaults, but it's making some quests near impossible to do. Maybe more resources could be put towards the vaults.

I asked about this and I will let you know what I find out. Sorry this is still an issue!

I am having the same problem, Error 504...it makes restocking my shops nigh-on impossible

I've been having this error with vaults ever since the site moved to Amazon. I think it's something to do with my vault being 'too large', as it's just like the error I still get when accessing my old hoarder gallery (I'm removing items from it slowly, okay? :s). In both cases I have to refresh several times until the page finally loads.

I distinctly remember Keith saying that vaults would be able to hold hoards just fine (somewhere in the shop/gallery update phase). This is clearly no longer the case. D:

Been running into this on and off. Most of today was fine, but then it suddenly started acting up around 7PM subeta time and seems to have gotten worse. I have managed to get in once or twice and whenever I can, I mass dump stuff into a useless gallery. Something that has helped in the past, but no longer seems to be working.

I too distinctly remember being concerned about vault capacity and being told that "it would be fine because vault worked on different system" well, its obviously NOT fine.

I am currently havin' the same issue... I use Windows 10, Firefox, and also have a large vault... It has happened from time to time, but tonight I can't access my vault at all... :(
