I have the same thing. There are 4 people who's gifts still show from last year. I suspect that they never opened their trees. I know for sure that 2 of them haven't been active since before last Luminaire. It's sad to think of those gifts just sitting there. :(

I thought the trees "opened" automatically when the person logs in after the trees "open". I don't remember having to do anything to open them. I know for certain at least 1 of these people on my list has logged in since then.
