Something did pop up to click on to fix the issue, maybe, not sure, but it didn't actually do anything, and I am category-less, which kind of sucks as I don't recall what they all were.

So the only thing showing up in the shop front is the stuff with no category, and nothing else. I assume this is being addressed, but rather be safe than sorry.

omg, i dind't realize this until I saw this board, what the hell happened?? When I click on view gallery it only shows up ONE page, are you kidding me?? All my categories, UGH... this is beyond annoying

I also have this problem. Went to sort my Melody Loot gallery and noticed that all that is viewable is the none categorized items. On the My Shops page it still shows the right amount of items though.

Same, my categories are gone :(

Hope this can be fixed and I don't have to redo them all. It does seem like maybe the categories are there somewhere since when I viewed my gallery only the last few items I put in were there and I had never categorized them.

Do we have a time frame about when this might happen, or is it TBD?

I hope we can fix this! Re-categorizing thousands of items is not how I want to spend my weekend. :P

Guys!! I managed to get the categories back on my shop with everything organized! :D I figured out the solution. If you go to the "Edit Categories" section and put in the name you had certain items under, save, and then go back to "Edit Items" or view your gallery, the items in that category will magically put back in there! :D I've been messing around on My Gallery of Forever Pretties, and I've got all up and working except the one for the Free Gifts Tribute Items, so I just remade that category and manually started moving things back into that one.

Just note that if you have to do a new category and try to search with "None", the items won't show up because the site still thinks they're in their original category!

What if I don't remember my category names? :'o Especially for my 'pet stuff' gallery.. it had random future pet tc names. But yeah it seems that the categories didn't get transferred.. I'm kinda afraid to poke at then right now.

Well, the only thing I could do was just redo one of my categories (The Tribute Items Free Gifts one).

My guess is that when they were doing things to update the shops to make 'em more optimized, whatever was programmed into that part might have messed with the categories. My guess is that if you've reinstated your categories when they fix it, it'll just put the ones that aren't written correctly in there in addition to the new ones, but we'll see. I'm just going to do this and see what happens, lol.

Wait did you write in one original name that was previously one of the category names and then it made everything come back?

Luckily I have the majority of my items in the vault :) (if the vault categories disappeared I would be I trouble because I'm a bit of a hoarder D: )

I tried it with my 'Pet stuff' shop and only one category came back :') Welp I guess I'll wait a few days and then start from scratch~

Okay. I'm working on my Holiday Gallery, which thankfully has fewer categories than the other shop I linked, so I should be good on it. :)

So is this still being looked into? The only Gallery I have that had categories was my Advent one. Do we just have to re-add our categories?

I'm not sure I will remember all my categories correctly.. can we get any assurance that adding the old categories back in won't break anything should a fix come along? I can probably figure out most of mine.. but I don't want to mess with it if it'll break stuff when it's fixed by the staff.
