so i just sent my 1st gifts for this year's lumi, and when i clicked on the "gifts you've given this year" link, i saw what i had just sent AND a ton of other people from last year :O could it be that these users never came back on since then? they are fairly inactive and some are no longer on my list either

right, we didn't delete the gifts that users didn't claim over the past year, so they'll still be able to get them later if they happen to come back. :)
we did clear the claimed gifts, though. only people who never opened their presents still have last year's.

one thing tho, is that when checking someone from that list of unclaimed i see "Last Seen: 3 weeks, 2 days, 6 hours, 50 minutes ago" on their profile soooo, hemmm, how is that so?
just means they never claimed their gifts. it's not an automatic process so simply being online doesn't mean anything.
is there a way for them to claim them now or will they be able to on the 25th because some of these people on mine are active now just didnt know they could claim the stuff this late.

A gift I gave last year still shows on my "gifts given" page, yet the person apparently logged in 13 hours ago. Does that mean that even though they may be active they didn't claim the gift? 😕
I just noticed this as well.
Shame that there isn't a system to send the gifts back to the sender after so much time. there are a few people I sent gifts to last year that just aren't active anymore and I could send their presents to others that could use them.

yes when presents are available later this month the unclaimed gifts from last year will still be there for the people who didn't collect theirs. :)
