Chrome OS and Chrome Browser.

My tree showed up exactly once, just long enough to put some of the intended amount ornaments on. I then saved.

I put ten new ornaments in to my ornaments box to add to my tree. Now, my tree is not visible on my ornaments page. It is still visible on my Profile

Try hard refreshing. I had this issue and hard refreshing seemed to fix it for me

i'm having the same problem, along with some issues with caching. i was able to see and decorate my tree once in chrome, but it's disappeared since then, and hard refreshes aren't working. i've also spent 500k on two extra tree changes because the cache was confusing me and i had no idea if my tree had actually changed or not. the tree i see on my profile is extremely delayed compared to what i managed to buy/decorate in firefox. i've tried clearing my cache and waiting a few hours, but so far nothing's helped. i'm just going to leave it alone for now and hope everything catches up and the tree i want actually appears on my profile/ornament page.

A complete clearing of my cache has resulted in my tree being visible in the Ornaments section.

Now there is a new problem. No new ornaments are being accepted. I lay them on the tree neatly, press Save, lay some more on and press Save etc. Then when I navigate away, they do not show on my tree.

They do show on my Profile instantly, just like my Tree did before. So somewhere Subeta is remembering this. Doing a hard refresh every time I edit my tree, even if it works again? Not so much the fun.

this has been a very consistent issue for me. either clearing my cache every time i save a new tree, or doing a hard refresh every time, takes care of it but the issue does not seem to let up at all on this.

i cant get it to show up either place. my ornament inventory OR my profile....

My problem is like the opposite; can't see the tree on my profile but it does show up in ornaments!

I decorated my tree and saved it just fine. I decided to change my tree type, and then my tree disappeared. I refreshed it, then it showed up, but it wasn't the new tree I selected. Then I refreshed again and it's the new tree and all is well. So I buy some lights and refresh the page to add them to my tree, and my tree is gone again looool

I think this is the issue I'm having as well. I decorate my tree in ornaments, click save. I can see it with all the ornaments I put on it, in my profile. If I go back in to add another ornament, my tree is not showing the previous ornament saves. Hard refresh not working either. :(

I can see the tree I chose on my profile page but not on my ornament inventory. I cannot decorate my tree. I haven't had this problem in the past. If anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong, I would love it! Thanks

I have the same issue. My tree is visible on my profile but on the https://subeta.net/explore/luminaire/tree/ tree page, I can't see it. I just changed tree not too long ago, wondering if that's causing the issue... the tree was showing up before but not anymore.

I'm having the same problem that everyone is mentioning here. Can see tree on profile, can't see it on the edit page (except 1 or 2 random ornaments show up). Been going on like this for at least 24 hrs. Tried an F5 refresh on the edit page and didn't help.

Same issues with my tree, that is why I did not bother with decorating it anymore than I did.
