Profile no accept code for BG ??

hi together, i hope some of you can help... i try some codes for the profile from suba lodge and Subeta Graphics, after that my profile pics are gone and nothing will be accept... i don't know what to do, may some of you have the same problem? the codes from the pics are still in my profile ( dashboard ) but not showing in my regular profile, sniff.. :(

a user told me i was in the wrong forum so i hope here is right... she answer me like this:
