I've had this thought for about six months now, why don't you guys make baby items? The idea I had was a baby sling on the avatar, them holding a baby or perhaps even a large belly for different months (total of 9 months). I've seen the pram items, those would be cute as an avatar idea too. I would really like to see babies on the site. They're so cute. With that said, anyone out there agree with my idea?

I have a baby/childlike pet and need more items for their TC, always - I would love to see more baby items/wears or otherwise on site - support!

It used to be illegal to modify the base HA. The idea of having a belly show is not new and has been Suggested and shot down many times. Now that it's no longer illegal, maybe folks will be allowed to create CWs or a new item would be made other than the current polkadot maternity shirts.

The problem with depicting babies directly is that babies come in lots of colors, so each item would have to be done at least ten times, and this is just skin color and not any swaddling or diaper that they may have. Pushing a pram, or having a pram background, this might be doable, as are holding diapers both clean and dirty, and holding a bib.

examples here here and here In the case of where the wearable in mind were more like the examples above, there wouldn't really need to have any baby skin showing, maybe just a little hat and/or some booties poking out of the sling.

I don't see it being a "problem" that human babies as official wearables would have to come in the various skin tone bases...?? Speaking for official items only and nothing to do with customs - as customs rely mostly on user/buyer interest - Or can add up to be insanely expensive if brought on site by one's self. And I think mentioning how customs that alter the avatar based used to be against the rules is irrelevant as far as replies go because pretty sure OP is suggesting official items (official items were always allowed to alter the avatar base) and nothing to do with customs. :P But I agree that a wearable pram or stroller would be an excellent addition to the site as far as baby wears/items go

I'm good not having baby items.

With the seemingly endless creativity some users on this site possess, it would only be a matter of time before someone found some way to layer some gory, bloody, awful items together to make dead baby HAs. No one needs to see that.

No pregnant tummies, please. No fat avatars, no acne and no diapers. If you want to see all that, then go join Mom Cafe or something. What is the point of all this mundanity? (is that a real word?)

I still don't see these being very practical as different pregnancy stage items would only be useable for a specific amount of time for the very small number of people who actually want to depict themselves as pregnant. Same kind of goes for baby items. Next people would want small children once their babies aren't babies anymore.

Though I guess if for some reason staff change their minds after all this time the items could go into that medical store. "Screaming Potato in a Pink Hat Harness" "Two Screaming Potatoes Harness" I'm cracking myself up over here

We have a huge lack of baby/kid items for TCs. I don't know if we really need monthly tummies but I'd love to see at least a couple new tummy wearables, some baby wearables, and toys/furniture/etc.

Also the dead baby argument makes no sense. There are dead baby items on site right now, both completely literal and seen-as-dead-by-some. + tons more colors + tons more colors

Just because you disagree doesn't mean it doesn't make sense. I'm well aware of these items, and that's fine, I just don't want to see HAs sporting bloody babies. I'm entitled to my opinion, same as you.

I'd love to have baby wearables! I'm sure there are lots of people who could find so many fun things to do with it! I don't have any kids but I would love to have some in the near future. If I did ever have a baby I'd be so proud! I'd def. use a item on site to share that pride. :D

It doesn't make sense because there are already dead baby items on-site. Heck, we even have a zombie strain (for HAs) based on a horrible disease that affects babies. No one is even asking for dead/bloody/beaten baby items, just normal cute baby stuff. Its a little ridiculous to say that should never happen because someone might make a HA that offends you personally when this stuff is already a thing on Subeta.

Whether or not it happens is out of my hands, I'm simply offering my one, singular opinion, which is not any less valid or valuable than anyone else's. Again, just because you disagree doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to criticize. Just my two cents.

I support this idea because Babette's been pregnant. There's no reason why there should be anything complicated about maternity wear because we already have this item which makes an HA look pregnant -

[item2=Jellyfish Dress]

Baby slings and baby clothes/items would be a nice addition to treasure chests for those who want them.

Eh. I'm good with what we already have as far as the baby items go. I'd rather not see anymore but that's just me. Also, I know I can't be the only one who does not find babies cute.

I find no reason to dislike this idea, really.

As for not wanting realism, we have pimples, fat hairy bellies, etc. We also have things that bother me, but I'm not saying they shouldn't be made or something. Just my two cents.
