Aside from burying the base eyes under the HA base, no, to my knowledge there is nothing to completely remove the brows. You can, however, find eyes without brows and vice-versa.

A few "common" brow items are . There's a REAAAAAALLY cute (ok, cute to me) eyebrow CW but I don't remember what it is...

Plus these in the SubQ (also in Toxic, Signature, Midnight, Metallic) and (offered in 5 other colors) from the Cash Shop previously!

You're welcome! I wish there was a way to remove brows lol. Sometimes they're not necessary :P
