Inaccurate Text On Blocked User Profile

I get this message when visiting the profile of a user I've blocked. They have not blocked me, according to this page, but that's what the message says:
You need to file a ticket for this. Since you can't talk about people that potentially have you blocked, you need to speak with a UA in private about this matter.

I think what means is the phrasing of the text needs redoing:
The blocked-person's profile says "this user has blocked you" where it should say "you have blocked this user"

But it also may be that the page (who has Sorcerer blocked) is also inaccurate. That is why I think a ticket would be better.

the list is probably not inaccurate, as i just checked with all users i've blocked and all profiles say the same thing as what posted, and my list of users who have me blocked is empty as well. i really doubt every user i've blocked has also blocked me and the page that tells you who has blocked you is just completely non-functional. i'm pretty sure it's just an oversight that the same message is used for trying to visit the profile of a user you have blocked, and for trying to visit the profile of a user who has blocked you.
Yes, the text is the only problem. I'm not talking about any users, and it's not a personal issue.
If nothing comes of this thread, then I'll make a ticket.
I know this report is super old, but I thought I'd post an update just so there is an update here. The block message was changed to "This is a user who has blocked you or a user you have blocked" and this change was made on April 8, 2019. So this issue is resolved. :)
