I received 1 loyalty box after visiting the user dashboard. But I didn't know about having to do this in order to get a loyalty box for the past few years. I think I missed at least one or two more. I've only been logging in a few times a year to keep my account and so much has changed. Can someone check the dad a base for my account and confirm I've received all my loyalty boxes for the past 10 years? As I noted, I may be missing one or two. No hard feelings. I just want to be sure as I fondly enjoy receiving the reward.

if you hadn't gotten previous years' loyalty boxes, you would have gotten them the last time you visited the user dashboard. i.e. if you've earned 3 loyalty boxes and you haven't already received them, you would have gotten 3 just now when you got your latest one. if you only got one, that means you're all up to date and have received all loyalty boxes you have earned over the years.

if you do think you didn't get the right amount of loyalty boxes, file a ticket and they can double check it for you :)
