So I don't know if this is at all feasible (and I'm very good at making bad suggestions and missing big obvious flaws, so apologies in advance), but a lot of items in my wishlist are things I want multiples of, and remembering exactly how many I need can get confusing. I'd love a system where I could tell my wishlist I want, say, 3 of an item, either by the "add to wishlist" popup on items having both a plus and minus button for quantities, or just going to the wishlist page and doing it myself manually for relevant items. Then, when I click to minus something from my WL it reduces the needed quantity by one. If the count hits zero only then will it remove the wishlist border and totally remove the item from the WL.

I'm sure things in this capacity have been suggested and shot down for various reasons before, but I know I'm not the only one who wants multiples of certain items and I think it could be useful! Certainly not a top priority, but something to consider.

Alternatively, If anyone has suggestions on how to manage this sort of scenario myself, such as an excel/SubetaLodge solution that flows well and is easy to maintain, I'm all ears.

You can add items to your WL multiple times by copying and pasting the username into the box on the WL page. iirc clicking the minus does only remove one at a time (I think the oldest version of the item on your WL) [edit] It actually removes the most recent version but yeah, clicking the - Wishlist only removes one at a time

I know a lot of people that have multiples of the same thing and I think it really hurts the wishlists because it causes bulkiness. If putting a quantity on the entry would help, I am all for it.

I knew there would be an obvious solution! Thanks a heap, somehow I missed that 'add item' box at the top. It is a little more bulky than having quantities as Destiny mentioned, but since my wishlists are fairly broken up and strict category wise for me that's probably a good thing.

It is still perhaps worth considering though, maybe a system where by default you send just one entry to your default category as it is now, then from within the WL page are able to enter a quantity if you want multiples. Then maybe (it gets messy here) you can 'expand' those quantities (like on the quickstock page when you have more than 1 of something) to send them to another WL rather than adding it to that list manually through the box you just showed me, just to streamline the process a little.

I'm not sure, it works in my head but the elegance of the implementation would be tricky for sure. It just might cut down on the bulkiness a bit, but it's certainly not a priority given how much work the programmers/staff already have on their plates!

While I'm glad we can add multiples the way we can currently, I'd be fine with a small little (3) or whatever next to the item on our wl so we can keep track and as one is removed the number goes down or something? I'm hoping that made a lick of sense lol
