can i get the tickets by looking in the forums or must i create posts für get some tickets? is it hard to get some?

You receive raffle tickets randomly whilst making posts across any of the forums as far as I'm aware. You don't find them as hovering items like seasonal pumpkins etc. Alternatively, you can purchase them in the user shops. When you have a raffle ticket in your inventory, you can turn them in at the Forum Shop.
