I have recently bought my own domain and would like to buy a simple theme since I have no idea about coding. I am willing to pay up to 50 million for this. :)

I work as a web developer and could help you, but 50 mil is very low for paying for web design services. Web design isn't as easy as it looks, and it takes time to do well, especially if you want the website to work across different devices (like cell phones and tablets). 50 million sP is equivalent to about 500 CSC, which is $5.00 - almost like asking someone to work for free.

if you're still looking, might I suggest just using that theme and editing the colors via the theme options. Alternately I'd be happy to whip up a child theme (new stylesheet) for it using your chosen color/font scheme, but I probably wouldn't be able to get to it until around/right after Christmas when school is out.
