I have had several problems with my avatar. Admin has had to reset it pretty much every time I try change clothes. I go to the wardrobe and my avatar isn't there. It's just an empty box. The last time I filed a ticket, the Admin suggested that I post my issues here if it happened again.

Look at my avatar. This is where I am, can't see it in wardrobe, items barely load, can't change or update items - basically can't do anything. It has been this since the last time I tried to change clothes and I haven't a clue what to do.

send in a ticket. I've had to 3 times now, but the admins always fix it.

okay, so the wardrobe just shows blank pages all the way for you too? I basically just came back from a long hiatus... and i clicked "save avatar" just to see what happened and now my face layer is gone xD

EDIT: okay, I saw I had to actually convert my avatar, so i was able to choose clothes (my avatar is not updated yet but i'm patient with that). Guess I had a different problem, sorry, ignore meeee :'D

you should be able to follow all the steps and change over to the updated system. I did and mine seems to be working fine now.
