I wasn't apart much of other RP threads so I will just basically come up with something new. When I decide more about my character I will post it here.

Frieda Von Steuben

Frieda was born on Terra to a remarkable tribe of weasel-kind. On Subeta, Frieda appears as a eighteen to twenty-one year-old humanoid female with fox ears and a long fluffy tail, a look she has finally come to terms with after being exiled on Subeta now for the last six years.

Frieda is empathic by nature of her species, and doesn't possess any magic, though she has learned to project her thoughts and emotions clearly and to clear her mind receptively when around telepaths and thus communicate soundlessly. She is caring, sweet, good natured, goofy at times and extremely affectionate physically.

Frieda is deathly afraid of kitchens and cooking, although she can cook over a campfire out of doors with no fear and a good deal of skill. Her skewered trout is to die for. She is mortally afraid os spiders, snakes and owls. She has fear of abandonment, struggles with feelings of inadequacy, ( hence her overachievement ) and when she was first exiled on Subeta, she attempted suicide three times while on the Midnight Lamp.

Frieda's history with the Midnight Lamp is checkered...she was quite young when she was compelled to join with a group of dissidents who mutinied, stealing a fighter pod in the process. She has since made up with the captain and crew and has rejoined them on several occasions.

Frieda currently resides on her large compound on Omen Island and operates her five medical clinics on Omen, Atebus, Delphi, Darkside and Sacred Lands. (the Darkside clinic is only a few miles from Alaeza's manor.)

Weldon (St.) George

Weldon was born on Terra a two years before Frieda. He took his training as a Watcher and was first tasked as her protector when she was just an newborn. There is no explaining how Weldon managed to earn a Lieutenant Colonel's rank in the Subetan Air Command and become a Top Gun pilot in the time just before Frieda's banishment to Subeta unless his timeline was manipulated somehow. He doesn't talk about and you are not likely to get a straight answer from him. Don't ever ask him about Teddy Darkheart, he will bite.

Weldon is kind, loving, hard-working, loyal to a fault and as good a friend as you would ever want to have. He is fiercely dedicated to Frieda and loves her more then he loves his own life. He is a fantastic father to his children.

Weldon too struggles with feelings of abandonment as a result of a very tragic childhood where his family nearly starved to death because his father was indentured to a tyrant. Consequently, he fights against feelings of inadequacy and compensates by overachieving. As a youth, he had to be corrected severely on several occasions for praise-seeking behaviors that weren't qualities the military tolerated.

His pastimes include helping Frieda with her business, maintaining their small fleet of space-worthy craft, ( Frieda's fighter pod and their transport ship ) refitting the Krakatoa, their soon-to-be sea-faring clinic-ship. He also enjoys reading military history, writing his memoirs, playing his penny whistle down at the Rathskellers on Friday night and cooking ( he is a great cook ). He likes poker, Irish Whiskey and his own custom blend of pipe tobacco.

Aya Von Steuben

Aya is the spitting image of her mother in every way, except that Aya is mute. There is no medical reason for this, tests have confirmed that she is physically and mentally capable of speech, but Drs. believe she may not be emotionally capable of speech. Aya believes she is cursed by Matlal because of an incident with the Sea Witch Merana involving her mother during the first trimester of her pregnancy carrying Aya and her siblings. Aya is very empathetic and can communicate freely with those who are telepathic, though she possesses no magic ability of her own. She is articulate, well read and communicates with others by writing on a small pad with a pen.

Aya is a Healer level II, trained by her mother. She works at the clinic at Omen Island on their compound and loves her work. Like her mother ( when Frieda was younger ) Aya often spends her free time in the water. There is a secluded little cove on their property where Aya will strip to her fur, dance naked on the sand and swim for hours in the ocean. Aya has discovered that her mother's 'lurking device' can be used for time travel, and she has taken it on several occasions to visit other times and dimensions. She has become somewhat of an expert in this ability.

Species: Human/Cyborg Appearance: 6'0", Caucasian, tan skin, naturally light blonde hair, khaki eyes, and a bionic arm. Background: Before joining the crew of the Midnight Lamp, Jai was a racer and a mechanic at his grandfather's garage. However, after the death of the late Vernon Yun and having made many new friends while unraveling the mystery of the murder, Jai decided life was short. He decided to offer his services to the Midnight Lamp, to see what adventures the skies had to offer. During a trip to Ytiva, Jai was taken by a group of unknown entities. He was subjected to an experiment that would turn him into a living weapon.

He was "enhanced" with unbreakable metal bones makes him super durable and strong. His eyes are bionic which allows him to see clearly in the dark, read heat signatures, and save anything he sees into the bionic part of his brain (photographic memory). Able to go without air for a longer duration than humanly possible due to mechanical lungs. Nanos in body can generate body heat, release small electrical discharge, and repair damaged bionic parts and some organic tissues. The nano technology in him has kept him from aging. His brain can send/receive/decode electronic signals. He is trained in various fighting styles (most were programmed into him as he is intended to be a weapon). His bionic arm is equipped with tools. Of course, with his new abilities, came weaknesses such as high frequency sound waves, strong magnetic and electrical fields, lightning storms, and extreme heat. Most importantly, now that part of his brain is bionic, he can be programmed and controlled...and that was what happened in his last adventure.

Corrupted by his programming and controlled by an unknown entity, he forced Moon to kill him. He was buried in Veta. Meanwhile, the nanos inside him had kept his body perfectly preserved and was slowly repairing all damages to his body...until eventually, they jump-started his preserved heart and brought him back to life.

Species: Lycan Appearance: 5'11", Light tan skin. Slim body. Defined torso. Green eyes. Short sandy brown hair if not colored. No tattoos or piercings...yet. Often seen wearing a leaf necklace, given to him by Ryder. Background: His mother lives in Ziara, where she works at a gentlemen's club. His father, is a businessmen, CEO of V Ventures, based in Centropolis. (V Ventures develops software and tech centered around defense and security.) His parents separated right after he was born as his mother was unaware that Ren's father was a lycan. She wanted nothing to do with the child. The boy grew up in Centropolis with his father and stepmother. However, he rarely saw either of them since they were always busy.

Ren didn't know what he was until he was thirteen, on the night of a full moon. It was then that his father introduced him to Ryder, the alpha of a werewolf pack. Ryder mentored the young lycan, teaching the boy how to control his changes and new abilities. Ren was the youngest member to join the pack. However, he left the pack after Ryder was murdered by a hunter and a new alpha was picked. For some time, he was with the Endless crew, before returning to Centropolis to learn his father's business at seventeen. At eighteen, he volunteered to relocate to Ziara to help set up his father's business there. While there, he also tried to reconnect with his estranged mother. After some years and now that the branch on Atebus has settled, Ren is currently taking a sabbatical

Alexandra Marie Richards prefers Alex

Appearance : 5'5 Slim build, pale white skin with two black stripes on each cheek. Bright turquoise hair and light blue eyes

Born into a very wealthy family in Atebus. Alex's mother, Caroline, died from an unknown illness when Alex was five years old. Since her mothers death Alex's father, Arthur, ignored her and poured his energy into running his company (Richards Industry). She was raised by nannies and other staff in her fathers absence. She didn't go to private schools, she had many tutors. Since she had so little interaction in the real world, she tends to be naive on how things work. Her relationship with her father was very strained, having hardly any interaction with him.

When she was sixteen she ran away from home only to be recruited to the Endless crew. Because of the traveling with Moon and crew she isn't afraid to her her hands dirty with hard work or of an adventure. When she returned home she learned that her father had a massive stroke, leaving him bed ridden. With the help a full time nurse, Alex helped care for her father and repair their strained relationship. He passed the company on to her at nineteen years old, and she busied herself in learning the ins and outs of transport. (explanation on what Richards Industry does below) Her father died not long after she took over and she threw herself into making her company great. With the help of a certain werewolf she learned to relax about work. Now she had just started a long vacation and is excited to travel around Subeta.

About Richards Industry : Founded buy Alex's (great?) Grandfather, it is the premier transport and shipping company for anything coming to or from Atebus. Since Alex's taken over she has started many charities for the people on Atebus and Subeta, including scholarships and franchise options for the people living on Subeta.
