I finally overhauled my HA yesterday but no matter what I do, my Dark Matter skin stays on the image displaying on the site even though I removed it in the Wardrobe and the Wardrobe shows it's removed every time I open it.

I've filed a ticket on this, but even a staff reset didn't fix the problem. We're still trying to figure things out here but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue before? If so, how did you get it fixed?

Sorry for the possibly stupid question, but since you didn't specifically mention it: after removing the skin, did you click on "save avatar" again? Have you also tried putting on a different skin and saving it. And then removing that one and saving again?

Yes I did. That's why the wardrobe always shows the skin as removed...

Just tried that and it still didn't do anything besides reset the base in the Wardrobe. Thanks anyway though.

Possibly silly question, but have you taken all the HAs clothing off completely to be sure it is a skin? Only reason I'm asking is that if you have a on, it would look pretty much exactly the same as the dark matter zapper skin with the clothes you're wearing.

I've also tried putting the skin back on and removing it, so I know that's exactly how the skin looks.

[edit] I noticed when I went to the Healer yesterday that she's pointing out I have a skin and offered to cure it for me. I don't know if she's supposed to do that after the Wardrobe Update with skins becoming removable but I just thought I'd throw this out there.
