Hello, I know this happened with a previous hair for me, but I redeemed the Delish Sharp hair and it shows up as a big black block under salon in wardrobe. if I try to use it it makes me bald or blacks out my whole HA. Im not sure if I should ping someone (moderators?), I know it takes time to upload into the system...but last time it took a month to get resolved...(not that I dont know you guys are busy)..so ya...error
