I got an extra Wizard quest as a random event. I hadn't done any of his quests for the day, so when I got to it, it said 0/11. Now, I may have miscounted since I was multitasking, but when I finished what I thought to be the 10th one, the counter said 10/10 and wouldn't let me do the extra one. Just thought someone would want to know :)

This probably isn't a glitch. The extra quest buff only runs for a few minutes (like 5-15 or so, I think). So you have to do the extra quest within that time or you won't be able to unless you get the RE again.
