I just had an idea to help with the lag in the site and errors. This is for autopricers. We should remove: New Price (Average) New Price (Recent) because the new price is the same as new price lowest. and the average really has nothing to do with it. that way the servers don't have to keep track of them and have less work to do.

i never really did understand why those other options are even there. like... the point of autopricing is to make your items the cheapest on the shop search so they get bought first... why do the other things matter.

lowest and recent are actually different - 'lowest' just refers to the lowest price in shop search, while 'recent' i think refers to what the most recent price is someone used for that item; so they're usually very close if not the same, but they are two different things. that said, i'm still not sure why it even needs to be there.

well recent I don't think should be in there lowest is good enough. I think the servers will run much better if subeta gets rid of the two.

i don't know how much impact it would have on the site as a whole, as shops use only a portion of the site's resources, but it would probably speed up autopricing as it wouldn't have to load so many prices.

Recent is useful for catching people pricing items at 1sp and seeing what items they were. But I agree that there are far too many options.

I use the New Price (average) for many items, particularly event items. Those items are a race to the bottom during the event, which really screws you over if you go for lowest price. Getting an average puts you a little higher, so when the event is over and items start to clear out, yours isn't the one selling for a meager handful of sP.

There are also users who have two shops. One shop has lowest price items in it, and one has average price items as part of a "waiting game". Those items won't sell right away, but when they do they're worth more.
