I've moved the Bag of Minion Nip to the very bottom of my list, below the Base (where my default eyes & mouth are, so they're hidden)... but the nip refuses to disappear. Is it from the issues with the V3 Wardrobe, am I just special, or... I don't even know?

You need a background to completely cover it. If you don't want a full on background, the white out item works wonders.
